Monday Sunrise Run

2 laps of Anemone. Pace we will walk fast uphill and run the downhill, so pretty mellow pace, usually it takes 45-55 minute for 3.8 miles Wednesday 530 , it's about 8.6miles 1500 gain and much of it is runnable, on average it took to 2 hours. Monday it will be 2 laps of Anemone from 5pm and 6pm from Centennial trail
head. Pace we will walk fast uphill and run the downhill, so pretty mellow
pace, usually it takes 45-55 minute for 3.8 miles
