Monday Sunrise Run

Location: Eben G. Fine Park (east/lower lot)
Anemone loop 5.5mi around 5-530pm-ish I'm flexible with the time, pace and probably the location, so let me know if you're interested... Email me by 10 am tomorrow My idea is to start from Eben G Fine park ... go up the bikepath a little to warm up ... and do a lap of Anemone ... which should be around 5.5 miles Shooting for 5 or 530pm depending on who is coming Pace is running "easy" ... able to talk .. 5.5mi in around 1h15min Yes you do need a light, traction, hat and gloves And probably the same for Wednesday evening

Mon 1/27 Anemone loop 5.5mi around 5-530pm-ish

I'm flexible with the time, pace and probably the location, so let me know
