5.5mi Anemone from Eben G. I usually run 0.5mi on the bikepath to warm up a bit before heading up for the Anemone lollipop... For a total of 5.5ish miles. Pace will be running easy conversational, so faster than running. Please let me know by Wednesday at 1 pm if you are coming ( and if you come please bring traction, lights, gloves )

I'm thinking to start at 530pm but I'm flexible so let me know what works
for you
