Night Run

All injury and no running makes Charles a dull boy. I’ve finally been cleared to run again (but not to fall!). So let’s do a very mellow 60 minutes from Bobolink on Tuesday night at 8:30. Pace will be about a 10-minute miles and as always no one will be left behind. Bring a light.
