Wednesday Morning Run

Location: Betasso Preserve (Main Trailhead)
I'm thinking of starting from the Boulder canyon around 5-530-6 .... Go up .. Do the 7 miles Betwsso loops... Back... For about +9ish miles You can cut it short if you want and do like 5 miles You can meet us at the top Pace is walking the first uphill and then on the upper loops maybe easy jog.... Roughly ....15min mile aka 4mph the 2 loops at Betasso ..... So it will take 2 hours ish Happy to change things based on who is coming Please let me know by Tuesday night at 9pm if you're coming and what start time and distance is best for you
