Monday Sunrise Run

Date: 2025-04-28 5:30pm
Location: Eben G. Fine Park (east/lower lot)
We'll start at eben g park and run up the creek path and back just a little to warm up Then we'll hike fast up Anemone counter clockwise and run down, It's about 5.5ish miles at 4mph average, I'm guessing 1h15-1h30 We can start at 5, 530 or 6 depending on who is coming Please let me know by Sunday evening

If anybody is interested in a run Monday evening....

We'll start at eben g park and run up the creek path and back just a little
to warm up

Then we'll hike fast up Anemone counter clockwise and run down,

It's about 5.5ish miles at 4mph average, I'm guessing 1h15-1h30
