Wednesday Morning Run

Anemone loop. We can do two loops of 4 miles from centennial TH, 4mi in 55 minutes. Or one loop of 5.5mi from Eben G Fine park , in 1h20. Pace is running "easy" ... able to talk .. But still running. You do need a light and traction. Email me by 10 am tomorrow
