Thursday Happy Hour Run

Date: 2026-03-19 5:30pm
This week we'll do something a little different: we'll all run together on Mesa to the start of Bear Canyon, an out and back trail, agree on a time, and run uphill until that time. Then head back downhill and regroup at the same spot, then jog back to the NCAR parking lot. Afterwards we'll head over to Sherpa's for a free drink and some tasty Nepalese food, probably out on the patio.

This week we'll do something a little different: we'll all run together on
Mesa to the start of Bear Canyon, an out and back trail, agree on a time,
and run uphill until that time. Then head back downhill and regroup at the
same spot, then jog back to the NCAR parking lot.

If you're feeling fast you'll have no problem making it to the
intersection. If you're not, hike up with me. And there'll be plenty of
people inbetween.

Afterwards we'll head over to Sherpa's for a free drink and some tasty
Nepalese food, probably out on the patio.
