Run #19. Out-n-back from Wonderland Lake Trailhead. ~11.5 miles, ~1,000 ft gain. Option to shorten to 8.8 miles by meeting at Fourmile Canyon Creek Trailhead off Lee Hill Road, at ~8am. Pace: Recovery—9:30 to 10 min/mile; all paces welcome, no-drop, and we'll regroup at multiple locations. Bring hydration, it'll be warm(er), the entire trail is exposed and there's no place to refill on this course. NOTE THE TIME CHANGE, DUE TO HEAT.

Hi BTR Casual Sunday Runners,

For run #19, this Sunday we're going to hit North Sky Trail as an out-n-bac=
k from Wonderland Lake Trailhead. The run is ~11.5 miles, ~1,000 ft gain. I=
f you don't want to run 11.5 miles, we can meet you at Fourmile Canyon Cree=
k Trailhead, which we'll pass at approximately 8am-- shortens the run to 8.=
8 miles.

When: 7:45am 03/22/26 (NOTE THE TIME CHANGE, DUE TO HEAT)

Where: Wonderland Lake Trailhead off Broadway (or Fourmile Canyon Creek Tra=
ilhead off Lee Hill Road, at ~8am).

Pace: Recovery=E2=80=949:30 to 10 min/mile; all paces welcome, no-drop, and=
 we'll regroup at multiple locations. Bring hydration, it'll be warm(er), t=
